Virtually next door to the gite, is the Etang de Cieux, a private lake, open April - November.
Being based in the Haute-Vienne, France's very own Lake District, there are an abundance of lakes for you to enjoy your favourite leisure activity! Fishing permits are available for day or weekly use, if you would like us to purchase one on your behalf, please let us know at the time of booking and we'll organise this for you.

Etang de Peyrilhac (carp) is within 10 minutes drive. Open April - November.

Etang de Chavaignac (carp) is within 15 minutes drive. Open April - November.

Lac de St Pardoux (pike, perch, black bream and more) within 25 minutes drive. Open all year round.

Etang de Brigueuil (carp) within 20 minutes. Open all year round (limited hours in Autumn/Winter).
